ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

To fully enjoy your massage or treatment, we recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled time.
According to health and safety standards, it is mandatory to complete a wellness questionnaire before the service begins.
Please inform us in advance of any health condition that may affect the safe delivery of treatments.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Payments can be made in cash, via MBWay, or bank transfer (IBAN provided at booking). Proof of payment is required. TPA available.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance, or no-shows, will result in the loss of the advance payment.
Delays will not be compensated with extra time or partial refunds.
